The Rotary Action Handlers perform virtually effortless horizontal-to-vertical product orientation (90 degrees) of loads up to 300 lb. (136 kg). The versatility of this roll handling equipment is enhanced by a variety of end effector part grippers, including a non-destructive rubber gripper nose that eliminates damage to core material.

SAFETY: Once the probe is fully engaged, a safety interlock (indicated by an air gauge and a green signal) prevents the accidental release of the load.

ERGONOMIC: The roll lifting equipment provides effortless 90-degree manual rotation of rolls up to 300 lb. (136 kg).

VERSATILITY: The roll lift’s non-destructive rubber band style and pin style noses engage the ID of the core.

  • Integrated up/down controls work seamlessly with Ingersoll Rand Pneumatic Balancers
  • Lightweight aluminum body for rolls up to 100 lb. (45.4 kg), 12 in. (305 mm) long, and 30 in. (762 mm) diameter
  • Rugged steel body for rolls up to 300 lb. (136.1 kg), 24 in. (310 mm) long, and 42 in. (1067 mm) diameter
  • Additional options available upon request include stepped noses for multiple cores, “V” groove for pin cart applications, special paint, spindle end locator, and adjustable bail.
